I am behind a firewall; which ports do I need to have open? And how do I set up my firewall software?

You need to have the following TCP ports open: 27015, 27016, 27017, 27018, 27019 and 27020.
If you are using firewall software (such as Zone Alarm or Black Ice), please refer to your software's manual for instructions on allowing access by WWII Online. Also note that the game loader may obscure any messages from the software; check the Task Bar for any messages from the software.

Also, please note that Windows XP has a built-in firewall; make sure that firewall (and any other firewalls you may have) will allow the website to access the PC.
