Connection Issues



I am receiving an error message of either "Connection to host lost" or "Error: 10057 (or 10050, etc.)".

How do I know if I am connected to the Internet?

I am having problems connecting to the Internet with my Internet Service Provider.

I am behind a firewall; which ports do I need to have open? And how do I set up my firewall software?

When I try to connect to the game with PlayGATE I get an "invalid IP" error.
