If you are having problems installing, playing or subscribing to WWII Online, please choose a page from the menu below based on the type of problem you are having; each of these subsections will provide you with a list of the most common problems associated with that aspect of WWII Online. We have also provided links to the Support FAQ, to our list of hardware vendors, and to the Player Services page.
If you are having connectivity issues, please run the WWII Online System Check. Choose "Open" (or "Run from this location"); the batch file will then create a file named "syscheck.log" on your Desktop.
